On Monday March 6th 2011, at the RE/MAX R4 Convention at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas we held another iPAD Jam Session. There we great turnout with many tech oriented agents, both newer and experienced who came out to share and learn.
These are all of the many apps we discussed during this session. (*Note: For more great apps discussed in the iPAD Jam Session held last month, view the blog post immediately prior to this one)

Signing Apps
-One comment overheard several times during the session was “I wish there were fewer steps involved in signing contracts on an iPad.” This next app simplifies things significantly.
Sign-N-Send

-signature app
-simple and intuitive
-one of the few current iPAD apps that can be safely used with clients contracts. (as signature is applied directly to document, not to a box to be moved onto the document. This small difference can be a large one if ever challenged in court.)
-well worth buying the paid version ($1.99) vs. free version to eliminate a cover page with advertisements.
-use Drop Box app to move documents onto iPAD
-or, just open documents from your email, directly in Sign-N-Send for quick signatures required on the go.
